The people who shape the recommendation are the same people who deliver it. Nothing is sold by one team and handed to another to execute, which means the thinking is tested against the cost of building it — and whoever makes the promise is the one who has to keep it.

No. We've built and backed ventures of our own, but venture building is not the core business.
